How to break down a pig

Wow. I want to be an apprentice butcher now!

I still want to work at the spice shop, but I'm thinking now that it would be more fun to make a career out of apprenticing in many different trades for a year each. The spice shop one year, the butcher another, cheese making, baker, etc. Lol and the candlestick maker for good measure :P. If ever I get fed up of what I'm doing I can always tell myself it's just for a year.
