Bavarian Crunch

I made this for dinner tonight. Took some bavarian sausage, sliced it up and fried it in bacon fat. Then put it on some good bread with kimchi and old cheddar then toasted in the toaster oven. It was amazing!





Seriously, it sounds weird but try it!
