On "Ancient Dignity"

In reading the first few paragraphs of this article I came across the term "Ancient Dignity". It's the first time I've heard our original condition described that way, and... argh it's hard to keep my train of thought when I keep getting interrupted by calls every minute at work. Work isn't the best place to be reflecting on stuff and writing about it. Anyways, the gist of what I wanted to say is that it made me go "Wow" and think about it for a bit. I'll go read the rest now.
