I had heard about Jamon Iberico de Bellota before, but just recently I found out that there's some to be sold at the Atwater Market here in Montreal :D I'm gonna go get myself a slice or 3 on Friday to see what all the fuss is about. That's what's nice about it, it's expensive, but you don't have to break your wallet for a taste. I also found someone who is having an omelette competition with 150g of the stuff as a prize! I really doubt I'd win it but I'll try anyways :P
