Chicken fried pork belly ceasar

Some people might have seen this already, I have not. And I'm amazed by the idea, and can't wait to make it. Hmmmm maybe I'll even get started on the pork-belly confit this weekend! Wait... how do I cook it at 170 degrees? My oven doesn't go that low... Drat.
