Christmas Semifreddo, from the food network

Just saw this, I have to make it for Christmas!!!

Make custard (heat up the milk, pour warm milk into egg yolks bit by bit, put back in pot, heat again whisking constantly till thick)
cool custard in ice bath
make sauce of honey, water, cinnamon stick, dried fruits (figs, dates)
mix custard into equal amount of whipped cream
fold in amaretto, vanilla & chopped nuts
freeze in a bread pan overnight
unmold onto a plate, pour sauce over, slice, and serve.
