Lechon

After reading about (and drooling over) lechon all day at work I come home and see this beautiful video:



This project of mine now seems a whole lot more attainable! :P No digging of firepit and building of roof needed, just a few logs, some coal, a pig, a long stick and a Phillips screwdriver! lol.
