Anyone for a log cabin? and mashed potatoes

I'm gonna make one some day soon :D

Wow this lady puts a TON of milk/cream in her mashed potatoes! I have to try this sometime :P

    WOW. Well, interestingly enough, that's exactly how I cook them, except I never thought of using that much milk/cream! Will try it, though.
