They sell them at the Boise Co-op. I think it was a little less than $25. One of them had a bit too much gristle, but the other one was melt-in-your-mouth good. Grass-fed beef has a different taste than the corn-fed stuff that I was used to. It tastes less like decay, almost flowery in taste. It needs to be more rare because it has less fat, but you still want a really nice sear on the outside.
